World Vegan Day 1st November 2022
Eco club had a look at a video (attached below) on why it's good to go vegan. We then got to try a selection of vegan foods, Beetroot burgers, teriyaki "beef" strips, peri peri "chicken" and vegetable falafels. We all preferred something different but the highest scoring foods were the teriyaka "beef" strips and peri peri "chicken."
This made us think about what we could start to do to help ease the burden of meat consumption and making more informed choices when it comes to buying and making food.
